PURPOSE AND CONDITIONS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES
The sweepstakes starts on 06/27/2022 at 11:00 am (CEST) and ends on 06/27/2022 at 8:00 pm (CEST).It is a sweepstakes organized exclusively on the account of THE-ARE @thearecom.
Participants must follow all the steps indicated in the Instagram post about the sweepstakes.
The winners of the clothing items will be announced every hour in the same post of the sweepstakes. The day 27/06/2022 will be the last day to participate in the sweepstakes and opt to be one of the winners that will be distributed that day.
The prize is based on the following conditions: We raffle a garment from THE-ARE each hour (from 12:00h to 19:00h on 06/27/2022), for a total of 7 winners. This raffle will end with a grand prize for the winner thatTHE-ARE will announce at 20:00h of the day27/06/2022. Among the grand prizes will be drawnveja sneakers, a total look of Invitada de THE-AREa Zadig&Voltaire bag, a MacBook Air, a Vespa, a night in a hotel, 1 day on a boat for 4 people, a trip to New York or a GHD hair straightener, choose one of them.THE-ARE reserves the right to choose the grand prize for the winner.
In addition, this sweepstakes is part of the company's sales. THE-AREsales, so all participants who have subscribed to the landing page generated by THE-ARE will receive a guaranteed prize.
The winners of the garments will be contacted the same day of the draw and will be told how to manage the prize. They will be able to choose a garment from a selection and will be provided with a 100% discount code so that they can make the purchase at zero cost from our website. The discount code does have an expiration date, the winner will have a maximum of 7 days after receiving the discount code to use it.

No prize can be exchanged in any way or redeemed for cash.
RESOLUTION
Hourly winners of the garment will be announced during 07/27/2022 via the giveaway post on the brand's Instagram @.thearecom. SThey will be contacted on 06/27/2022 and will receive instructions on how to proceed to redeem their prize. The same procedure will be used to announce the winner of the final prize. All participants that have subscribed to the landing page created by THE-ARE for the sweepstakes will receive their prize instantly via email.
SELECTION AND DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE
One winner will be chosen every hour (a total of 7, between 12h and 19h on 06/27/2022 and will be posted on the Instagram sweepstakes post.
A total of 7 winners will be chosen from all participants, who will be able to choose a garment fromTHE-ARE from a selection that we will pass to them to choose from.Before announcing the winner, we will validate that he/she has fulfilled the conditions of the draw and then we will consider it valid and publish it.
The procedure for choosing the winner of the final prize will be the same. If the winner decides to reject the prize for any reason, THE-ARE he/she is not obliged to carry out the drawing again, therefore, this prize will be annulled.
The winners of the garments will be contacted during the day and will have a maximum of 7 days to redeem their prize.
The winner of the final prize of THE-ARE will be contacted on 06/27/2022 and will receive instructions on how to proceed to redeem their prize. To the participants who have subscribed to a landing generated by THE-ARE and have left their e-mail address will receive their guaranteed prize via e-mail.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Winners authorize the brand to publish and promote their information, such as profile picture, name or email, on the website and social networks of THE-AREas well as in any of the brand's official communication channels, without this generating any right in their favor to receive any benefit whatsoever.
