Terms and Conditions Sweepstakes THE-ARE & Drestip

ORGANIZING COMPANY

Youandi Infinite S.L. with registered office at C/ La Safor 5, 46940 Manises, Valencia, with CIF B98962038 owner of the trademark THE-ARE (hereinafter "THE-ARE") organizes on the dates indicated below, the free contest with no obligation to purchase called Drestip & THE-ARE (hereinafter referred to as "the Sweepstakes") in accordance with the terms and conditions described in these Terms and Conditions.

PURPOSE AND CONDITIONS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES

The sweepstakes starts on 05/05/2022 and ends on 12/05/2022. It is carried out in collaboration with the brand Drestip, therefore, it will take place through the social network Instagram, from the official accounts of both brands: THE-ARE @thearecom and DRESTIP @drestip.

Participants must follow all the steps indicated in the Instagram publication.

The winners of the clothing items will be announced throughout the day mentioned in the publication of the sweepstakes on Instagram, from 13h to 22h. The day 11/05/2022 will be the last day to participate in the sweepstakes and opt for the last two prizes: Veja sneakers + total look THE-ARE and Zadig bag + total look THE-ARE.

This promotion is exclusive to THE-ARE and Drestip.

The prize is based on the following conditions: We raffle a garment from THE-ARE every hour (from 13:00h to 22:00h of 05/05/2022), a pack of Veja sneakers + total look THE-ARE and a pack of a Zadig & Voltaire bag + total look THE-ARE.

The winners of the garments will be contacted the same day of the raffle and will be told how to manage the prize. They will be able to choose a garment from a selection and will be provided with a 100% discount code so that they can make the purchase at zero cost from our website. The discount code does have an expiration date, the winner will have a maximum of 7 days after receiving the discount code to use it.

You can participate in the sweepstakes from anywhere in the world.

The shipping cost will be paid by the winners.

PRIZES

1 garment of the firm THE-ARE every hour, for 10 hours.
1 pack of veja sneakers (size and model to be chosen by the winner) and a total look from THE-ARE. 
1 pack of Zadig & Voltaire handbag and a total look of THE-ARE.

No prize can be exchanged in any way or redeemed for cash.

RESOLUTION

The winners of the garment every hour will be announced during 05/05/2022 through the copy of the post of the sweepstakes on the brand's Instagram @thearecom and will also be updated in a page on the website of THE-ARE that we will share via stories. The final winners of the pack will also be announced in the copy of the post on the day the sweepstakes ends.

PRIZE SELECTION AND DELIVERY

A winner will be chosen every hour (a total of 10, between 13h and 22h of 05/05/2022 and will be published in comments, as well as on a page of our website to be able to consult them later.

A total of 10 winners will be chosen from all the comments, who will be able to choose a garment fromTHE-ARE from a selection that we will give them to choose from.Before announcing the winner, we will validate that they have fulfilled the conditions of the draw and then we will consider it valid and publish it.

The procedure to choose the winners of the pack will be the same. If the winner decides to refuse the prize for any reason, THE-ARE he/she is not obliged to carry out the draw again, therefore, this prize will be void.

The winners will be contacted during the day and will have a maximum of 7 days to redeem their prize.
The winner of the pack of Veja sneakers + total look THE-ARE will be contacted on 12/05/2022 and will receive instructions on how to proceed to redeem their prize. The winner of the Zadig & Voltaire bag + total look pack will be contacted in the same way. THE-ARE.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Winners authorize the brand to publish and promote their information, such as profile picture, name or email, on the website and social networks of the brand. THE-AREas well as in any of the brand's official communication channels, without this generating any right in their favor to receive any benefit whatsoever.
