Legal Terms and Conditions Trip to NY + Garments every 10 minutes

ORGANIZING COMPANY

Youandi Infinite S.L. with registered office at C/ La Safor 5, 46940 Manises, Valencia, with CIF B98962038 owner of the trademark THE-ARE (hereinafter "THE-ARE") organizes on the dates indicated below, the free contest without obligation to purchase called Sweepstakes Trip to New York + Garments every 10 minutes (hereinafter "the sweepstakes") in accordance with the modalities described in these Rules.


PURPOSE AND CONDITIONS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES

The sweepstakes starts on 02/23/2022 and ends on 03/02/2022. It is carried out in collaboration with the company Verse, therefore, it will be held through the social network Instagram, from the official accounts of both brands: THE-ARE @thearecom and VERSE @verseapp.

Participants must follow all the steps indicated in the Instagram publication.

The winners of the clothing items will be announced throughout the day via stories, from 11am to 9pm. The 02/03/2022 will be the last day to participate in the sweepstakes and opt for the last prize: the trip to New York.

This promotion is exclusive to THE-ARE and Verse.

The prize is based on the following conditions: We raffle a garment every 10 minutes for 10 hours (from 11:10 am to 9:00 pm on 2/23/02) and a trip for two to New York, valued at 2,000€.

The winners of the garments will be contacted the same day of the draw and will be told how to manage the prize. They will be able to choose a garment from a selection and will be provided with a 100% discount code so that they can make the purchase at zero cost from our website. The discount code does have an expiration date, the winner will have a maximum of 7 days after receiving the discount code to use it.

You can participate in the raffle from anywhere in the world but it is a requirement that the flight leaves from Spain.

The shipping cost will be paid by the winners.


PRIZES

1 garment of the firm THE-ARE every 10 minutes, for 10 hours.
1 trip for 2 people to New York. The trip is valued at €2,000 and the winner must redeem it with the travel agency chosen by the organization. The winner will receive all the information and, through the agency, will be able to use the amount to arrange his trip to New York. The time available to redeem the prize is 1 year.
There is only one winner of the trip, even if it is for two people.
No prize can be exchanged in any way or redeemed for cash. The total budget for the trip is 2.000€. In the event that, due to circumstances beyond the raffle, the cost exceeds this amount, it will be paid by the winner.


RESOLUTION

The winners of the garment every 10 minutes will be announced during the 23/02/2022 through the brand's stories @thearecom and will also be updated on a page on the website of THE-ARE that we will share via stories. The final winner of the trip will also be announced in the post's own copy on the day the sweepstakes ends.


PRIZE SELECTION AND DELIVERY

A winner will be chosen every 10 minutes (a total of 60, between 11h and 21h of 23/02/2022 and will be published in comments, as well as on a page of our website to be able to consult them later.

A total of 60 winners will be chosen from all the comments, who will be able to choose a garment fromTHE-ARE from a selection that we will give them to choose from.Before announcing the winner, we will validate that they have fulfilled the conditions of the draw and then we will consider it valid and publish it.

The procedure for choosing the trip will be the same. If the winner decides to refuse the prize for any reason, THE-ARE the winner is not obliged to re-draw the travel prize, therefore, this prize will be cancelled.

The winners will be contacted during the day and will have a maximum of 7 days to redeem their prize.
The winner of the trip will be contacted on 3/03/2022 and will receive instructions on how to proceed to redeem their prize.


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The winners authorize the brand to publish and promote their information, such as profile picture, name or email address, on the website and social networks of THE-AREas well as in any of the brand's official communication channels, without this generating any right in their favor to receive any benefit whatsoever.
