ORGANIZING COMPANY
Youandi Infinite S.L. with registered office at C/ La Safor 5, 46940 Manises, Valencia, with CIF B98962038 owner of the trademark THE-ARE (hereinafter "THE-ARE") organizes on the dates indicated below, the free contest without obligation to purchase called 100K Sweepstakes with influencers (hereinafter "the sweepstakes") in accordance with the modalities described in these Bases.
PURPOSE AND CONDITIONS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES
The sweepstakes is only for residents of Spain.
The draw starts on 03/09/2018 and ends on 10/09/2018.
The winner of the draw will be announced on the day 10/09/2018 through the brand's instagram @thearecom), its website and through the social networks of the influencers participating in the sweepstakes.
The prize is based on the following conditions: Each influencer exposes the requirements to participate in the sweepstakes from the publication where she announces it on her Instagram.The winner will choose a garment of the brand from among all those found on the web page created expressly for this sweepstakes. The stock of each garment will be set in advance and will be limited, so if another winner chooses a certain garment and it runs out, that model can no longer be chosen by any other winner. Each winner will be able to choose the garment she wants to win by entering her email address in the box provided on the website created for this purpose. The procedure will be explained directly to the winner.
THE-ARE assumes 100% of the cost of the products selected by each winner and also the cost of shipping the package to the address that the winner indicates when she chooses the garment she wants to win, as long as the address is national as indicated above.
This promotion is exclusive to THE-ARE with the support of the participating influencers.
PRIZES
There will be a prize for each participating influencer, as each of them will choose a winner in their profile. This prize cannot be exchanged or exchanged for money and will be chosen among all the garments that have been selected for this sweepstakes and to which the winner will be able to access from the link that the brand will provide.
RESOLUTION
On 9/09/2018 at 23:59h ends the possibility to participate in the sweepstakes. On 10/08/2018 the winners will be selected randomly.
SELECTION AND DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE
Each influencer will choose a winner from their account. Once validated that each winner meets the conditions of the draw we will consider it valid. In the event that the winner has not done everything correctly or does not answer within 24 hours, or decides to reject the prize for any reason, THE-ARE/the influencer concerned will restart the process of selecting a candidate by performing the same steps.
When the winner is definitive and we have had a reply from him/her, he/she will have to choose the garment he/she wants to win and we will ask for his/her address to send him/her the prize.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data of the winners will be integrated into the database of THE-ARE in compliance with the data protection law. The user can unsubscribe at any time by requesting it via email.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The winners authorize the brand to publish and promote their information such as profile picture, name or email on the website and social networks of THE-AREas well as in any of the brand's official communication channels, without this generating any right in their favor to receive any benefit whatsoever.
