ORGANIZING COMPANY
Youandi Infinite S.L. with registered office at C/ La Safor 5, 46940 Manises, Valencia, with CIF B98962038 owner of the brand THE-ARE (hereinafter "THE-ARE") organizes on the dates indicated below, the free sweepstakes with obligation to purchase called Raffle Travel Bag (hereinafter "the draw") according to the modalities described in these Rules.
PURPOSE AND CONDITIONS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES
The sweepstakes starts on 01/25/2023 and ends on 01/27/2023. It will be carried out through THE-ARE's own website and physical stores, excluding El Corte Inglés points of sale. This includes the stores of C/Grabador Esteve 9, Izq. (Valencia) and C/Marià Cubí 160 (Barcelona).
Participants must purchase at least one garment from the preview of the new spring collection to participate in the draw, that is, one of the garments included in this collection: https://www.the-are.com/collections/avance-primavera-2023.
The winner of the Lookitas travel bag will be contacted by the personal email with which he/she has participated during the days 25/01/2023 to 27/01/2023.
This sweepstakes is exclusive to THE-ARE and restricted to Spain.
The prize is based on the following conditions: We will raffle an exclusive Lookitas Travel Bag among all orders placed from 01/25/2023 to 01/27/2023 that contain at least one garment from the preview of the new Spring 2023 collection. That is, orders placed within 48 hours after the launch of the spring 2023 collection and containing a garment from it.
The winner of the travel bag will be announced on THE-ARE's official Instagram account @thearecom and contacted on 02/13/2023 by email informing him/her that he/she has won the travel bag for free.
You can only participate in the draw from Spain.
The shipping cost will be paid by THE-ARE brand.
PRIZES
1 Lookitas Handmade Fabric Travel Bag personalized for THE-ARE brand with the message 'Life is a Journey'.The prize cannot be exchanged in any way or redeemed for cash. If rejected by the winner for any reason, the next winner will be randomly selected.
RESOLUTION
The winner / the winner of the travel bag will be announced throughout the day13/02/2023 through stories on the Instagram of the brand @thearecom and in the copy of the publications of the sweepstakes. He/she will also be contacted through the email with which he/she has purchased, at least, one garment from the preview of the new spring 2023 collection on 01/25/2023 to 01/27/2023 through THE-ARE's own website or physical stores.
SELECTION AND AWARDING OF THE PRIZE
In THE-ARE's database, a winner will be selected from among all buyers of at least one garment from the new spring 2023 collection who have placed their order on 25/01/2023 and 27/01/2023 through the brand's official website or its own stores, excluding El Corte Inglés points of sale. The winner will be chosen randomly from this database and will be published on13/02/2023 instories and in the copy of the post of the draw on the official Instagram profile of the brand THE-ARE, as well as via email.
Before announcing the winner, we will validate that he/she has fulfilled the conditions of the sweepstakes and then we will consider it valid and publish it.
If the winner decides to reject the prize for any reason, THE-ARE is not obliged to carry out the draw again, therefore, this prize will be offered to the next winner chosen at random.
The winner of the travel bag will be contacted during the day 13/02/2023 and will receive the indications on how to proceed to redeem their prize. They will have a maximum of 7 days to claim their prize.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The winner authorizes the brand to publish and promote his/her information, such as profile picture, name or email, on THE-ARE's website and social networks, as well as in any of the brand's official communication channels, without this generating any right in his/her favor to receive any benefit whatsoever.
