Shipping policy

During PROMOTIONS AND SALES it is possible that your order has a longer delivery time than usual.

The companies in charge of making shipments and returns are CorreosExpress, Correos,UPS and DHL.

Delivery address

The delivery of the order will be made to the address that you have specified during the purchase process on the Web. The carrier will send you a text message indicating an approximate delivery time, where you can also modify it. Once the package is going to be delivered, if you are absent, the courier will try to reach you by phone. If it does not succeed, it will leave a notification in a visible place (entrance door, mailbox, etc.) in which a contact telephone number will appear so that you can request a new delivery. The second delivery will be made on the date agreed upon by phone. If delivery cannot be made during this second attempt, the package will be deposited at the agency until a new delivery date is agreed.

If 15 days have passed since your order is available for delivery and the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, the courier service will return the package to us. As a result of the reshipment of the package, The customer must pay the shipping costs again. so that we can resend the package to your address. If you ask us for a refund because you do not want to pay it again, the total amount will be paid to you in a gift card. for the time that the merchandise has been stopped.

Package delivery times

Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands):

Deliveries are made between 24 and 72 hours (working days) with a cost of €5.95. For orders over +€89, shipping costs are free. We try to ensure that our service is the best and that delivery times are met at all times, so below we attach a table with more information (which is met under normal conditions):

As we are continually sewing garments and our workshop is not very large, on very exceptional occasions, delivery may be delayed because we do not have the garments made on the scheduled date. In that case, we will contact you to confirm the exact date.

Spain (Canary Islands):

Starting to count from the day after the order. The shipping cost, regardless of the order amount, is €8.95.

*We are not responsible if it takes longer. Since now, since the new regulation, all merchandise passes through customs.

Western Europe and the USA:

Shipments take between 3-7 days. Starting to count from the day after the order.
Cost: calculated at the end of the order, since it depends on the destination country.

*The islands will not be able to benefit from free shipping promotions.

Rest of the world:



*When an order is rejected upon deliveryand they return it to our warehouses, we will never refund the shipping price, regardless of whether the shipping was free or not. As an example, in Spain, €5.95 would be subtracted from the refund amount.

*For shipments outside the European Union, taxes and customs duties are not included in the price of the products or the order. These costs must be paid by the end customer and never by us.If the order is returned to us for not having accepted it for delivery, we will deduct the total charge made to us from the return of the order.
