WHEN DO BLACK FRIDAY OFFERS START?
The THE-ARE Black Friday starts on November 26th at 20:00h across all our channels, stores and online. If you have Early Access, discounts will start on November 26th at 19:00h for you. A day ahead to grab all your favorites without rush! These special discounts will last throughout the week until December 1st, Cybermonday, and we will also bring many surprises. Take advantage of our promotions to the fullest!
Officially, Black Friday offers start on Friday, November 28th, but we at THE-ARE get a head start!
ARE THE ONLINE BLACK FRIDAY OFFERS THE SAME AS IN STORES?
Yes, the offers are the same in our online store as in our own stores and El Corte Inglés points of sale, so you can choose the way to buy that suits you best. On the web, you'll avoid queues and travel, but buying in store means you'll have the product right in front of you, so it's up to you!

CAN I MAKE CHANGES OR RETURNS ON MY ORDER?
Yes, you can find all the details in our return and exchange policy.
For orders placed from November 26th onwards, we have extended the return and exchange period for gift cards until January 11th.
If you have requested it for in-store pickup, the 14-day period starts when we inform you that the order has arrived at the store.
To accept the return, we will review that the items are in perfect condition, in their original box, with labels and without signs of use.

The discounts from the cookies can only be used once the Black Friday promotion has ended, between December 2nd and January 5th.

CAN I USE THE DISCOUNT FROM THE COOKIE DURING BLACK FRIDAY?
No, the discounts from the cookies are not valid during the Black Friday or Cyber Monday period.
You can only redeem them from December 2nd onwards, when the Black Friday special offers have ended.
WHERE CAN I REDEEM THE DISCOUNT FROM MY COOKIE?
The discount can be used in online purchases on our official website and in our physical stores (except El Corte Inglés points of sale)
When you complete your online order, enter the code that appears inside your cookie in the "Discount code" field and it will be applied automatically.
If you make your purchase in-store, you only need to show this code at the checkout to redeem it, and you're done!
