*When an order is rejected on delivery and returned to our warehouse, we will never refund the price of shipping, regardless of whether or not you received free shipping.

How long do I have to make an exchange or return?
You have 14 calendar days to request an exchange or return from the day you receive it. And a total of 20 calendar days from the day you receive it, for it to reach our facilities. At the moment, we only accept requests for size changes directly at Spain and Portugalexcluding the Canary Islands.

Remember: If you exchange the garment for another of lesser value, the difference in price will be paid through a gift card to redeem in our store.
