During PROMOTIONS, SALE or HIGH SEASON it is possible that your order may have a longer delivery time than usual.
The companies in charge of shipping and returns are CorreosExpress, Correos, UPS and DHL.
The delivery of the order will be made to the address you have specified during the purchase process on the Web. The carrier will send you a text message indicating an approximate delivery time, which you will also be able to modify. Once the package is going to be delivered, if you are absent, the courier will try to reach you by phone. If he is unsuccessful, he will leave a notice in a visible place (front door, mailbox, etc.) with a contact telephone number for you to request a new delivery. The second delivery will be made on the date agreed upon by telephone. In the event that delivery cannot be made during this second attempt, the package will be deposited at the agency until a new delivery date is agreed upon.
In the event that 15 days after your order is available for delivery, and the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, the courier service will return the package to us. As a consequence of the re-delivery of the package, the customer will have to pay again the amount of the shipping costs. for us to resend the package to your address. If you request a refund because you do not want to pay them again, the total amount will be credited on a gift card. for the time that the goods have been stopped.

Deliveries are made between 24 and 72 hours (working days) with a cost of 5,95€. We try to ensure that our service is the best and that delivery times are met at all times, so we attach below a table with more information (which is met under normal conditions):

* No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays. As we are constantly sewing garments and our workshop is not very large, on very exceptional occasions, delivery may be delayed because we do not have the garments made on schedule. In that case, we will contact you to confirm the exact date.

Western Europe and USA:
Shipments take between 3-7 days. Starting from the day after the order is placed.
Cost: calculated at checkout, as it depends on the country of destination.

*When an order is rejected on delivery and returned to our warehouse, we will never refund the price of shipping, regardless of whether or not you received free shipping.
*In shipments outside the European Union or Canary Islands, we do not take charge of the payment of customs, tariffs, or any other tax. These must be paid by the final customer. If the order is returned to us for not having been accepted, we will deduct the charge from the return of the package.
Tienes 14 días naturales para solicitar un cambio o devolución desde el día que lo recibes. Y un total de 20 días naturales desde el día que lo recibes, para enviarlo y que nos llegue a nuestro almacén.
En caso de devolución de un pedido online en tienda física (exceptuando en los córners de El Corte Inglés), la entrega tendrá que llevarse a cabo en 14 días naturales desde que recibes el pedido en casa.
Si tu pedido es una recogida en tienda o en punto de entrega, los 14 días naturales, empiezan a contar cuando te notificamos que el pedido ha llegado.
Si no se solicita la devolución en los 14 días o si no nos llega en los 20 días desde que recibiste tu pedido, se rechazará y tendrás que abonar los gastos de envío para que te lo mandemos de nuevo, o mandarnos a tu empresa de transporte, previo aviso y autorización por nuestra parte.
Para aprobar la devolución revisaremos que lo(s) productos(s) esté(n) en perfecto estado, en su caja original, sin usar, ni indicios de uso, sin olores, sin lavar y con sus etiquetas.
*Las prendas combo que se compran juntas, como el baño, se tienen que devolver juntas.
*En promociones en las que regalamos complementos, se realizará la devolución del dinero siempre y cuando se incluyan los accesorios.
* En los pedidos realizados a partir del 26 de Noviembre ampliamos plazo de cambios y devoluciones en tarjeta regalo hasta el 11 de Enero.
