You have 14 calendar days to request an exchange or return from the day you receive it. And a total of 20 calendar days from the day you receive it, for it to reach our facilities. As soon as we receive the returned garment, we will check that it is correct and we will send you the new garment as soon as possible so that you can have it as soon as possible. Remember: If you exchange the garment for another of lesser value, the difference in price will be paid through a gift card to redeem in our store.

The first exchange is free of charge.

To make a return from the Canary Islands, you have to send the package from the National Post Office and send the package by registered mail.

To avoid paying customs, duties and any other amount in our country and that we deduct that amount from the return, since we do not assume any amount, it is best that you declare a maximum order value of 2€ when you are going to send it even if the order costs more.

If you are sending a package that weighs more than 2kg, it is better to make two shipments, as this will avoid being stopped at customs and ask us to pay duties on delivery and then we will deduct it from the refund.
