The delivery of the order will be made to the address you have specified during the purchase process on the Web. In the event that 15 days after your order is available for delivery, and the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, the courier service will return the package to us. Shipments take between 3-7 days. Starting from the day after the order is placed.

*When an order is rejected on delivery and returned to our warehouse, we will never refund the price of shipping, regardless of whether or not you received free shipping.
*In shipments outside the European Union or Canary Islands, we do not take charge of the payment of customs, tariffs, or any other tax. These must be paid by the final customer. If the order is returned to us for not having been accepted, we will deduct the charge from the return of the package.
You have 14 calendar days to request an exchange or return from the day you receive it. And a total of 20 calendar days from the day you receive it, for it to reach our facilities. Remember: If you exchange the garment for another of lesser value, the difference in price will be paid through a gift card to redeem in our store.
