During PROMOTIONS, SALE or HIGH SEASON it is possible that your order may have a longer delivery time than usual.

The delivery of the order will be made to the address you have specified during the purchase process on the Web. The carrier will send you a text message indicating an approximate delivery time, which you will also be able to modify. Once the package is going to be delivered, if you are absent, the courier will try to reach you by phone. In the event that 15 days after your order is available for delivery, and the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, the courier service will return the package to us. *When an order is rejected on delivery and returned to our warehouse, we will never refund the price of shipping, regardless of whether or not you received free shipping.
*In shipments outside the European Union or Canary Islands, we do not take charge of the payment of customs, tariffs, or any other tax. These must be paid by the final customer. If the order is returned to us for not having been accepted, we will deduct the charge from the return of the package.
You have 14 calendar days to request an exchange or return from the day you receive it. And a total of 20 calendar days from the day you receive it, for it to reach our facilities.
