During PROMOTIONS, SALE or HIGH SEASON it is possible that your order may have a longer delivery time than usual.

The delivery of the order will be made to the address you have specified during the purchase process on the Web. The carrier will send you a text message indicating an approximate delivery time, which you will also be able to modify. Once the package is going to be delivered, if you are absent, the courier will try to reach you by phone. If he is unsuccessful, he will leave a notice in a visible place (front door, mailbox, etc.) with a contact telephone number for you to request a new delivery. The second delivery will be made on the date agreed upon by telephone. In the event that delivery cannot be made during this second attempt, the package will be deposited at the agency until a new delivery date is agreed upon.
In the event that 15 days after your order is available for delivery, and the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, the courier service will return the package to us. As a consequence of the re-delivery of the package, the customer will have to pay again the amount of the shipping costs. for us to resend the package to your address. Shipments take between 3-7 days. Starting from the day after the order is placed.

*When an order is rejected on delivery and returned to our warehouse, we will never refund the price of shipping, regardless of whether or not you received free shipping.
*In shipments outside the European Union or Canary Islands, we do not take charge of the payment of customs, tariffs, or any other tax. These must be paid by the final customer. If the order is returned to us for not having been accepted, we will deduct the charge from the return of the package.
You have 14 calendar days to request an exchange or return from the day you receive it. And a total of 20 calendar days from the day you receive it, for it to reach our facilities.
