The delivery of the order will be made to the address you have specified during the purchase process on the Web. In the event that delivery cannot be made during this second attempt, the package will be deposited at the agency until a new delivery date is agreed upon.

In the event that 15 days after your order is available for delivery, and the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, the courier service will return the package to us. As a consequence of the re-delivery of the package, the customer will have to pay again the amount of the shipping costs. for us to resend the package to your address. Deliveries are made between 24 and 72 hours (working days) with a cost of 5,95€. We try to ensure that our service is the best and that delivery times are met at all times, so we attach below a table with more information (which is met under normal conditions):

* No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays.
