WHEN DO BLACK FRIDAY 2024 DEALS START?
THE-ARE Black Friday starts on November 27th at 9:00am on all our channels, stores and online. If you have Early Access , the discounts will start on November 26th at 8:00pm for you. A head start day for you to sign up for all your favourites without rushing! These special discounts will last all week until December 2nd, Cyber Monday, and we'll also bring lots of surprises. Make the most of our promotions!

Are the Black Friday offers online the same as in stores?

CAN I MAKE EXCHANGES OR RETURNS TO MY ORDER?
Yes, you will find all the details in our returns and exchange policy. You have 14 calendar days to request an exchange or return from the day you receive your order. If you have requested to pick up in store, the 14 calendar days start counting when we inform you that the order has arrived at the store.
To accept the return, we will check that the items are in perfect condition, in their original box, with labels and without signs of being used.
