Delivery address

Spain:

Deliveries are made between 24 and 72 hours (working days) with a cost of 5,95€. We try to ensure that our service is the best and that delivery times are met at all times, so we attach below a table with more information (which is met under normal conditions):

*When an order is rejected on delivery and returned to our warehouse, we will never refund the price of shipping, regardless of whether or not you received free shipping.

*In shipments outside the European Union or Canary Islands, we do not take charge of the payment of customs, tariffs, or any other tax. These must be paid by the final customer. If the order is returned to us for not having been accepted, we will deduct the charge from the return of the package.

How long do I have to make an exchange or return?

You have 14 calendar days to request an exchange or return from the day you receive it. And a total of 20 calendar days from the day you receive it, for it to reach our facilities. Do you return the money?
