How does it work?
1. Choose the amount you want to give and click ADD TO CART.
You will receive an email with the gift card and a code. You can print the email and give it to whoever you want, that person will only have to enter the code on the web when ordering and the amount will be discounted!😊
✌If you want that person to receive the card in physical support, as a very special gift, write it in "comments" when you place your order and we will contact you! (To receive it in physical support in the address that you indicate us you will have to pay the usual shipping costs: 5,95€. If you pick it up at any of our stores, you will not have to pay shipping costs).
✌ If you want to buy a gift card with a different amount than the ones indicated here, write us before buying it and we will create one for you with the amount you want (remember that it cannot be less than 10€).
*Remember that this card has a value of 1 year, you have 365 days to use it.

During PROMOTIONS, SALE or HIGH SEASON it is possible that your order may have a longer delivery time than usual.
The companies in charge of shipping and returns are CorreosExpress, Correos, UPS and DHL.
The delivery of the order will be made to the address you have specified during the purchase process on the Web. The carrier will send you a text message indicating an approximate delivery time, which you will also be able to modify. Once the package is going to be delivered, if you are absent, the courier will try to reach you by phone. If he is unsuccessful, he will leave a notice in a visible place (front door, mailbox, etc.) with a contact telephone number for you to request a new delivery. The second delivery will be made on the date agreed upon by telephone. In the event that delivery cannot be made during this second attempt, the package will be deposited at the agency until a new delivery date is agreed upon.
In the event that 15 days after your order is available for delivery, and the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, the courier service will return the package to us. As a consequence of the re-delivery of the package, the customer will have to pay again the amount of the shipping costs. for us to resend the package to your address. If you request a refund because you do not want to pay them again, the total amount will be credited on a gift card. for the time that the goods have been stopped.

Spain:
Deliveries are made between 24 and 72 hours (working days) with a cost of 5,95€. We try to ensure that our service is the best and that delivery times are met at all times, so below is a table with more information (which is met under normal conditions):

* No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays. As we are continuously sewing garments and our workshop is not very big, in very exceptional occasions, the delivery may be delayed because the garments are not ready to be sewn on the scheduled date. In that case, we will contact you to confirm the exact date.
If you have made a pre-order purchase, check the indications of that product to know what will be the delivery date.
Western Europe and USA:
Shipments take between 3-7 days. Starting from the day after the order is placed.
Cost: calculated at checkout, as it depends on the country of destination.

*When an order is refused on delivery and it is returned to our warehouse, we will never refund the shipping price, regardless of whether or not the shipment was free of charge.
*In shipments outside the European Union or Canary Islands, we do not take charge of the payment of customs, tariffs, or any other tax. These must be paid by the final customer. If the order is returned to us for not having been accepted, we will deduct the charge from the return of the package.
