Shipping and Delivery
During PROMOTIONS AND SALES it is possible that your order has a longer delivery time than usual.
The companies in charge of making the shipments and returns are CorreosExpress and UPS .
The order will be delivered to the address you have specified during the purchase process on the Web. The carrier will send you a text message indicating an approximate delivery time and where you can also modify it. Once the package is to be delivered, if you are absent, the courier will try to reach you by phone. If it does not succeed, it will leave a notification in a visible place (front door, mailbox, etc.) where a contact telephone number will appear for you to request a new delivery. The second delivery will be made on the date agreed by phone. In the event that delivery cannot be made during this second attempt, the package will be deposited with the agency until a new delivery date is agreed.
In the event that 15 days have elapsed since your order is available for delivery, and the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, the courier service will return the package to us. As a result of the re-dispatch of the package, the customer will have to pay again the amount of the shipping costs so that we can send the package back to their address. If you ask us to refund the money for not wanting to pay them again, the total amount will be credited to a gift card for the time the merchandise has been stationary.

Deliveries are made between 24 and 72 hours (working days) at a cost of € 5.95. We try to ensure that our service is the best and that delivery times are met at all times, so below we attach a table with more information (which is met under normal conditions):

* On Saturdays and Sundays there are no deliveries. It may be that in busy times such as Christmas, our carrier reinforces the service and makes deliveries also on Saturdays. But they will have an extra cost that the client must pay. (Ask us for any Customer Service channel indicated below).
* When the order has been placed with a promotion (free shipping, discounts, Black Friday, sales, etc.), shipping may take longer than indicated in the table above .
As we are continually sewing garments and our workshop is not very large, on very rare occasions, delivery may be delayed because we do not have the garments made on schedule. In that case, we will contact you to confirm the exact date.
Western Europe and the USA :
Shipments take between 3-7 days. Starting counting from the day after the order.
Cost: calculated at the end of the order, since it depends on the country of destination.
Rest of the world :
