Shipping and Delivery
** Shipping time may be affected due to COVID-19. Sorry for bothering you. We are working with all security measures so that you receive your order as soon as possible. The usual 24/72 hour period can be extended to 4-5 days under current conditions.
At THE-ARE.com we ship daily from Monday to Friday. We try to get your order as soon as possible so you can enjoy your shopping!
The companies in charge of making the shipments and returns are CorreosExpress andUPS.
The delivery of the order will be made at the address you have specified during the purchase process on the Web. The carrier will send you a text message indicating an approximate delivery time and where you can also modify it. Once the package is to be delivered, if you are absent, the courier will try to reach you by phone. If you do not succeed, you will leave a notification in a visible place (front door, mailbox, etc.) where a contact phone will appear to request a new delivery. The second delivery will be made on the agreed date by phone. In the event that delivery cannot be made during this second attempt, the package will be deposited with the agency until a new delivery date is agreed.
In the event that 15 days after your order is available for delivery, and the order has not been delivered for a reason not attributable to us, the courier will return the package to us. As a consequence of the parcel forwarding, the customer must pay the amount of the shipping costs again so that we can send the package back to your address. If you ask us to return the money for not wanting to pay them again, the total amount will be paid in a gift card for the time that the merchandise has been stopped.

Deliveries are made between 24 and 72 hours (working days). We try to ensure that our service is the best and that the delivery times are met at all times, so below we attach a table with more information (which is fulfilled under normal conditions):

* When the order has been placed with a promotion (free shipping, discounts, etc.), shipping may take longer than indicated in the table above.
As we are continuously sewing garments and our workshop is not very large, on very rare occasions, delivery may be delayed because we do not have the garment on schedule. In that case, we will contact you to confirm the exact date.

Shipments take 3-7 days. Starting counting from the day after the order.
